Thanks, I had a little time to play around..with the voki; haha
The league is AYF. Sorry took so long to get back to you.
We are starting to look better but we still need work. I feel that we should have been farther along by now but I'll keep working them.
I have a scrimmage with Aspetuck next week. I guess I will see what we look like then.
Do you have anything going yet?
So its official...1 team for us, 40 players. We are going to turn players away from this point on, which I'm not thrilled about. It will make for a very interesting season.
How are you guys looking?
I'm ready for football! Monday is the big day...I should find out tonight if we will even have enough for 2 teams. I really prefer 1, but we'll see. I will get you the videos soon, I just bough a new Mac and I need to figure out how to burn dvds anyway
Hey Sean I received those Thanks Do you have anything for offense let me know I meeting tonight with the other coach Thanks again
You can ask your trainer about that. Also, ask about the shark test for your agility. And running on the beach if you have one near by is a great way to gain speed.
For speed use a ladder for stepping in and out of. one foot in then two feet in side to side as fast as your feet can take you. Use cones to run back and forth with 5yd, 10yd back to 5yd. Stay low and focus on quick turns and fast feet. do a box drill...
Your trainer should have you do dynamic stretching and working out with a stabilization (ball) and light weights. You should be doing at least 12 reps each with your weight and no more then 20. 2sec down 4sec hold and 2sec back up.
